Terms and Conditions

A £10 non-refundable deposit per person is payable within
one week of making the original booking.
Cheques are to be made payable to William Hill.
Most credit and debit cards accepted.
Payments made by credit card are subject to a 1.5% surcharge.
A £5 non-refundable deposit is required for the
Tasty Tenner Deal and Saturday Night Special Deal.
Full payment is required two weeks prior to your party’s event
(cancellation after full payment will result in loss of monies paid).
Trapz Night Club open until 12.30 am Fridays & Saturdays over 18’s only.
Under 18’s must leave the stadium immediately after last race.
